Mbodyment Fitness provides personalized Optimal Performance Training (OPT) that will be most suitable and necessary based on the client’s desired goals, needs, fitness level, physical abilityand/or limitations.  

We do not administer nor do we have the ‘one program fits all’ theory.  Clients are provided a one on one consultation and a full body fitness assessment in order to establish the following components of fitness.

Join our Group Personal Training and  experience the opportunity and benefits of the creativity and motivation.  Group training is where clients will go to get an experience. “Big enough to be fun, but small enough to still be quality.”  

Group Personal Training is in session for 45 minutes.  Schedule is subject to change and vary based on the number of participants.



Couples!  Join our Couples' Training and experience the committment of of a program designed establish fitness as a shared priority that gets you working toward a common goal.   You'll merge your schedules to meet with a personal trainer, and in between sessions, you'll help each other stay on track. Couples!' Training is in session for 45 minutes.
