Mbodyment Fitness Boot Camp (MFBC) is a fitness program that combines cardio, strength and circuit training over a progressive course. All fitness levels are encouraged!
Our Boot Camp provides a complete exercise program with the intent of helping you meet your fitness goals and an opportunity of variety to add to your fitness regimen in order that you may meet your needs and goals.
